Here is a vintage Poll Parrot Shoes advertising whistle with the legend on the reverse "Star Brand Shoes are Better".  The whistle measures about 2 3/8th inches in length and shows some wear on the litho.   The whistle still works.   Please see the pictures and ask any questions.
