Vintage Japanese hand forged steel samurai sword wood/shark skin covered sheath. Condition is "Used". I can only share the info given me by a reputable collector, when purchased 45 yrs ago. This sword was made, using traditional methods, for use in WWII. Overall length is 38 inches. It has been on display, in scabbard, since purchased. Blade is in good condition with no rust, tarnish, or major nicks. Hilt has engraving identifying maker, and possibly other info. The photos are the description.
