Please, Read Full Description! This vintage promotional notepad is for the goodwill shoe company (also known as Arthur A. Williams Shoes) which specialized in "safety first shoes". There isn't a date on it, however there are a number of clues to suggest this is from the 1940's. There is some minor waded writing on the cover. And the last page looks to be missing. Other than that, it still appears to be in acceptable condition in my opinion. Keep in mind these were never intended to saved this long. I'm not an expert, so please look over the photos carefully before you buy, to determine your own opinion of the date, and condition.
