Blade;
This blade is made of T1095 high carbon steel and laminated in Maru structure,
the blade pass through Hot forging, cold forging, oil quenching, tempering, annealing, heat treatment.

The blade is by the electroplating craftsmanship process make regular color blade turn into Gold
color.

ormal use sword , blade Gold color will not fade.
The Kissaki shape of the blade tip is Chu-kissaki.
This handmade blade is hand forged,
polished, and sharpened by our
experienced smith during the whole process in the most
traditional Japanese
craftsmanship way.This blade is  sharp,sharpness can cut bamboo,
trees .
Bo-hi is added to each side of the blade to lighten the blade and balance the
sword as a whole to make better operation.
This blade comes with a full length Tang which greatly enhances the strength of the sword. this sword is strong enough to cut through a thick bamboo and trees.
Tsuba;
This tsuba (guard) of the sword is made of Zinc alloy with two Seppas (spacer securing it..
The Habaki (blade collar) is of brass composition
Saya;
This saya is hard wooden , the Sage-O is tied around the Kurikaka (knob) of the saya,
the Koiguchi(scabbard mouth) and Kojiri(scabbard tip)has been hardened.
Tsuka
;
This Tsuka is wooden one wrapped with ray skin, and tied with real silk ITO in the
traditional wrap.
The Fuchi (sleeve) and Kashira (buttcap) on the tsuka are made of Zinc Alloy with
matching Menuki on each side as an ornament, two Mekugi (peg) are nailed to secure the Tang of the
sword.
(Sword can be disassembled by picking up the two Mekugi (peg)
