    This was a demo model door from Lowes originally priced at ,438.
    It has a few scuffs/scratches from storage but nothing too serious.  Door could be touched up or just re-painted.  Otherwise in great condition.
    This listing is just for the slab you see pictured- you'll need to have the door handle, holes and hinges and jamb prepared prior to installation.
    Actual dimensions of the door are 37 1/2" x 81 1/2".  Fits a rough opening of 38 1/4" x 82".
    This is a nice heavy high-end exterior door.
