12-gauge steel throughout with hand forged 5/8" scroll-work. Our steel is 30% thicker than competitors using 14-gauge steel.
2" thick door panel with thermal breaks & polyurethane foam injected all around
Door and window sill sloped downward to let water run out

Jambs & Hinges:
Standard 6" jamb made of 12-guage steel with polyurethane foam injected all around for climate control & energy savings
Heavy duty greased door hinges with aerospace grade ball bearing hinges

Shipping & Returns
Packaging:
We package each door & jamb with multiple layers using EPE, bubble wrap, corrugated paper, and then set each door slab in individual wooden crates so they are as secure as possible during shipment. We use a custom made pallet that is specifically designed to secure your door.
Shipping:
We can ship all in-stock iron doors within 48 hours of purchase and deliver using a LTL common carrier with curbside delivery. Once an order is confirmed, we will contact you to arrange shipping. The carrier will then contact you to arrange an agreed upon date and time for delivery at your convenience. A lift gate will be provided at delivery. However, our iron doors are extremely heavy as we only use the highest grade steel products. Even with a lift-gate provided, we recommend at least 3 able bodied people to help unload the package.
For Texas residents, we offer free local pickup from our Houston warehouse. Please contact us if you would like to pick-up locally.
Storage:
See a door in-stock but not ready to have it delivered? No problem, we can store your door in our warehouse for up to 60 days free with purchase.
Returns:
Our showroom is currently under construction. Because of this, we allow for free returns with 100% money back guarantee for up to 15 days after delivery. We do not allow for returns once door has been installed.
