    Description

    This souvenir card was in my father-in-law's stamp collection.
    We know little about it except that it was issued in August 1972 to commemorate the inauguration of the USPS.  I
    t has always been in a dry, smoke-free home with no pets.
    Please look carefully at the photo as it is part of the description.  Card does have corner dings.
