This kit was specifically designed so that you no longer need to take everything off your kayak to put on the scupper cart. The carabiners are stainless steel and the bungees are marine grade. The kit includes 3 bungees, two for the cart and one with a stopper to feed the other bungees through the scuppers, 2 Hobie pad eyes and a notched wood tool for easy pad eye installation .
