These positive temperature coefficient varisors are intended as
automatic self resetting circuit breakers. As they heat up, their
resistance increases and limits the available current. Once the
overload goes away, they return to their original cool and low
resistance state. These can also be used as low wattage self
regulating heaters.
Offered here are lots of

PolySwitch
TRF600-150
resetable
devices. These safely pass 150 milliamperes and are useful
to 600 volts. The current production distributor cost can be
over a dollar each, depending on supplier.
We received these from an electronic components auction in
bulk but apparently unused and "as new" condition We fully
guarantee them to be clean and to perform to spec. Leads
intended for thru-hole use are on 0.2 inch centers. The
dipped epoxy device body is approximately 0.2 x 0.4 x 0.4
inches.
