A limited edition collection of philatelic commemorative covers recording major events in America's birth postmarked on the exact bicentennial dates. Includes covers postmarked in Canada, Britain and France. Vol. 1 covers 1975-1977 and includes 59 covers. One cover is missing from that volume. Vol. 2 covers 1978-1979 and includes 44 covers. That volume appears to be complete. Each volume contains a large binder with gold title on front and spine. Shows slight wear on the lettering of the title. Each volume comes in slipcase of the same material as the binder itself. One slipcase shows slight wear on rear of bottom. Two heavy volumes of historical interest. Weight 11 lbs.
