DIY AR500 4' x 4' & 2' x 2' Bullet Traps for Pistols (Drawings with CNC Files)

We will email you drawings, a Bill of Materials, and a CNC file (DXF format) to build your own 4' x 4' and 2' x 2' AR500 bullet traps for pistols.  Drawings include a stand that serves as a fragmentation catch.
This unit is designed to sit on a level surface.  The fragmentation catch serves as a support base.  To empty the fragmentation catch the unit will have to raised and the support base removed.  This is done to minimize the material and cost of the unit.  However, the DIYer with the wherewithal to build this will have the means, methods, and knowledge to build legs to make the fragmentation catch easier to remove.

Notes:
1. You will need hand tools common to steel fabrication such as squares, clamps, etc.
2. You will need the means to handle, manipulate, weld, and cut steel.
3. All parts are cut-to-size and shape, but the pipe trap needs to split lengthwise in 2 places.
4. Weight of assembled 4' x 4' unit including stand is approximately 600#.
Weight of assembled 2' x 2' unit including stand is approximately 170#.
5. Does not include 4 tabs in the corners of the opening.
Time to assemble: 2M x 3 Hours.
Time to weld: 1M x 2 Hours (FCAW .045).
