Guessing circa 1920s, Poll Parrot Shoes for boys and girls. This a paper advertising novelty premium, a paper megaphone for children. Folded it measures approximately 14 x 9 inches. As you can see it is pretty fragile and made of lightweight paper. There are several tears and folds from prior use as shown, I'm surprised it lasted this long. Some of the tabs that you hook/fold into the base piece have creases and one is barely holding on. Despite wear, nice bright colors and would be great framed and put on display. We will be sure to package it well for shipping. Estate find, enjoy!
