Antique Japanese Samurai Sword

Description

This historically important Katana was made for the Emperor Hirohito by the master sword smith Akihide.  It is mounted in exquisite  Tachi Koshirae and comes with a NBTHK certificate.  Hozon certificate issued on July 9, 2014 by the Japanese sword museum.  This sword has been published in the Japanese reference book "The Shinshinto Meikan" The Katana is signed and carefully made by Kurihara Hikosaburo Minamoto Akihide, bearer of the fourth court rank, as a prayer for the achievement of the emperor's work.Engravings by Akitada which  are a poem of my master (Akihide) dedicated to the Emperor.  On a lucky day of January of the first year of the 16th Structure Movement (1940)The sword comes with 3 super rare books where the sword is featured.  These books are hard bound and heavy.  For more information on this rare piece please reach me at ph#9288996480 or electronic mail chrispauley68@yahoo so we can further discuss detailsThis is a once in lifetime opportunity to own a true piece of Japanese national treasure.  Not only the sword is beautiful in every way, without any flaws,  the artwork on both sides of the blade is priceless!An excellent addition to any
