    A perfectly preserved  Telegraph written by Julius Balke with his personal signature asking
    his Company
    "When can you ship five Nonperials five by ten" and dated November 15th, 1876. It appears he was at the Girard House in Philadelphia, Pa. Buyer must pay actual shipping and insurance which will be added to the auction checkout as "handling fee".
