Antique 17th C. Japanese Wakizashi/Samurai Sword Signed IZUMI no KAMI KUNISADA !

Description

This sword is in need of a polish, to bring out it's beauty, but is in excellent shape for it's age!  There are a few nicks to the blade, near the tip, but there are no cracks or delamintaions.  The sword is straight and balanced.  The swordsmith identified by the signature on the tang is KUNISADA, active in the 17th C.  The blade is 17 1/2" long, the nakago is 5" long, for a total length of 22 1/2".
