    This versatile door design uses compression seal technology for superior sound, air and water performance. All panels open inside.
    Features:     Large glazing capacity of up to 1 3/8 in for improved energy efficiency and acoustical properties.
    Multiple locking points and compression seals all around the sash perimeter for water tightness, minimal air infiltration, security and good sound insulation.
    High-definition finish for weather and stain resistance and ease of maintenance.
    The price for that bi fold system is based on the size of panels ( width 27 inches x height 86 inches ) , we can customize the max size of panel ( width 32 inches x 90 inches ) , price will be vary of the size of unit , we will have to recalculate your number.       Please request the price for your opening.
    (We do custom sizes of unit , up to 20' wide and 8' height ) with a variety of colors and textures, you can order a lamination for additional 15 % ( check attached picture for variety of colors and textures )
    In addition, the manufacturer recommends adding 1.5 inches to the total height, in this case the threshold is installed inside the floor and prevents the threshold from being high above the floor, the threshold will be less than 3 inches  above the floor.
